ZEROBASEONE's Kim Ji-woong to skip some group activities due to acting schedule
K-pop idol Kim Ji-woong will be absent from some activities of ZEROBASEONE due to conflict with his acting schedule.
His agency, Nest Management, announced on July 28 that the 27-year-old singer and actor, who starred in the Korean BL (boys’ love) series “Roommates of Poongduck 304,” is trying to balance “his acting projects with his activities as a member of ZEROBASEONE, and is doing his best to meet fans through various endeavors.”
While the agency has made efforts to coordinate his schedules, he will skip some boy band activities.
“However, while adjusting the group activity schedule in consideration of his previously confirmed acting schedule, a situation has arisen where he may not be able to participate in some group activities. Accordingly, there may be changes to his participation in some ZEROBASEONE schedules for the time being,” the agency said.
The agency said similar situations may occur in the future.
ZEROBASEONE earlier said Kim Ji-woong will not attend the “SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer” on Aug. 9, leaving four members to perform at the event.
