Cortis, BTS, TXT and Hwasa take home top honors at KM Chart Awards 2026

K-pop acts Cortis, BTS, Tomorrow X Together (TXT) and Mamamoo’s Hwasa claimed the top honors at the KM Chart Awards 2026, taking home the ceremony’s four grand prizes, or “daesang,” during the awards show held on July 25.

The event took place at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul and was hosted by actor Kang Tae-oh and actress Won Ji-an.

Cortis received the Record of the Year award for their album “GreenGreen,” while Tomorrow X Together was named Artist of the Year.

BTS won Album of the Year for “Arirang,” and Hwasa earned Song of the Year for her track “Good Goodbye.”

Accepting the Artist of the Year award, Tomorrow X Together thanked fans and promised new music, saying, “We will come back soon with an even better album.”

Cortis meanwhile maintained they had strong confidence in their winning album from the beginning.

“We were confident in ‘RedRed’ from the very beginning of its creation. Since Hwajeong Gymnasium was the venue for our first concert, we are even happier to receive this meaningful award here,” the group said.
