CAMP ROSAURO D. TODA JR., Ilagan City, Isabela – The Isabela Police Provincial Office (IPPO) deployed 300 police personnel to Metro Manila on Sunday, July 26, to help secure President Marcos’ fifth State-of-the-Nation Address on Monday, July 27.
Isabela police chief Police Col. Manuel Bringas led the send-off ceremony.
A pre-deployment briefing to ensure proper coordination and preparedness for their assigned security duties were conducted before their deployment to the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City.
Bringas reminded them to uphold discipline and professionalism while strictly observing established operational procedures throughout their deployment.
He directed them to exercise maximum tolerance, respect human rights, and carry out their duties with integrity and accountability to help ensure the peaceful and orderly conduct of the SONA.
Their deployment is part of the Philippine National Police’s nationwide security preparations for one of the country’s most significant annual government event.
