The Philippine real estate community came together on July 21, 2026, at the Legaspi Ballroom, Makati Diamond Residences, as Connect Manila 2026, organized by Lamudi Philippines and Dot Property Philippines, successfully brought together developers, brokers, industry leaders, and property professionals for an afternoon of industry insights, strategic discussions, and meaningful networking.
Building on the success of Connect Cebu earlier this year, the Manila edition reaffirmed Connect’s mission of creating a platform where real estate stakeholders can exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and explore the trends and opportunities shaping the future of the Philippine property market.
One of the event’s key highlights was the Real Estate Leaders Panel Talk, titled “Metro Manila and beyond: Shaping the next wave of Philippine real estate growth.” The discussion featured Joey Roi Bondoc, director and head of Research at Colliers Philippines; Beth Villamil, president and CEO of AC Prime Insurance Brokers, Inc.; Katrina Jocson, Brokers Network Premium Sales executive of RLC Residences; and Ruby C. De Guzman, Area manager – Sales and Marketing of Taylormade Development Corporation.
The panel explored emerging growth areas, evolving buyer preferences, digital transformation, investment opportunities, and the broader economic factors influencing the Philippine real estate landscape. Their combined perspectives provided attendees with valuable insights into navigating the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s dynamic market.
The learning sessions continued with presentations from Colliers Philippines and AC Prime Insurance Brokers, Inc., offering expert perspectives on the country’s real estate outlook, investment trends, and the growing importance of effective risk management in protecting property investments.
Connect Manila 2026 also featured presentations from its valued developer partners, highlighting their latest developments, broker partnership programs, and business opportunities. Jedrik De Guzman of Taylormade Development Corporation, Katrina Jocson of RLC Residences, and Nikko Ilao of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Technoparks shared insights into their respective organizations’ offerings and opportunities for industry professionals. Meanwhile, Analyn Hernandez, head of Business Development of Lamudi Pro, demonstrated how digital solutions continue to empower brokers by helping them connect with buyers, manage leads, and grow their businesses in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Beyond the presentations, Connect Manila 2026 created opportunities for attendees to engage directly with developers, exhibitors, and fellow real estate professionals through networking sessions and sponsor exhibits. These interactions encouraged stronger business relationships, knowledge exchange, and future collaborations within the industry.
The success of Connect Manila 2026 was made possible through the invaluable support of its sponsors and industry partners. Lamudi Philippines and Dot Property Philippines extend their sincere gratitude to the event’s major sponsors—RLC Residences, Taylormade Development Corporation, and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Technoparks—as well as its minor sponsors: Asialink Finance Corporation, Deca Gold Realty and Development Corporation, PHINMA Properties, Profriends, Realty ONE Group Philippines, Vista Residences Inc., and Filinvest Alabang Inc.
Their continued partnership and commitment played a vital role in bringing together the country’s real estate community and making Connect Manila 2026 a successful platform for collaboration, innovation, and industry growth.
Most importantly, Lamudi Philippines and Dot Property Philippines would like to thank every broker, developer, partner, exhibitor, and real estate professional who participated in Connect Manila 2026. The strong turnout and active engagement throughout the event reflect the industry’s shared commitment to continuous learning, stronger collaboration, and sustainable growth.
As the Philippine real estate landscape continues to evolve, Connect remains committed to providing platforms where industry leaders can exchange ideas, build partnerships, and discover new opportunities that will shape the sector’s future. Under the leadership of Tanya Yu, country Manager of Lamudi and Dot Property Philippines, Connect continues to strengthen its role as a platform that brings together key players across the Philippine real estate industry.
The Connect journey continues with Connect Pampanga 2026, the flagship gathering for Northern Luzon, happening on October 8, 2026, at the Marriott Hotel Clark. Real estate professionals, developers, brokers, and industry partners are invited to join another afternoon of insightful discussions, valuable networking, and meaningful business opportunities as Connect continues to strengthen the Philippine real estate community.
We look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces as Connect continues to grow one city, one conversation, and one partnership at a time.
