Cambodian artist G-Devith hopes to collaborate with SB19, BINI

Marking his second visit to the Philippines following his well-received performance as Cambodia’s representative at the 2026 ASEAN-Korea ROUND Music Festival last April, singer-rapper G-Devith is once again basking in the love and support of his Filipino fans.
During an intimate media conference, G-Devith shared what made his Pinoy fans special.
"I think here [the fans are] more aggressive—like, they actually know how to party. And I’m very surprised and very excited… this is like one of the biggest achievements for me and my career. Thank you very much for making [me] feel at home," he said.
Note that G-Devith is also very much aware of the local music industry. He follows Pinoy artists such as Alex Bruce and P-pop group HORI7ON.
According to the Cambodian artist, he discovered Alex  through her viral rap videos, and he has invited her to perform as guest at a music festival in Cambodia. He also met HORI7ON at the ROUND Festival.
"Actually, we have some plans for the future… we have a collaboration, and now it’s all processing. We want to exchange music styles and make it more interesting," G-Devith said.

Aside from Alex and HORI7ON, he also wants to work with P-pop royalties, SB19 and BINI in the future.
"I admire  SB19 and BINI. If they are open to collaboration, I’m happy to explore new music together," he added.
Away from the stage, G-Devith is also enjoying exploring the local food scene. He has found a favorite in one of the country’s most iconic dishes.
"I love chicken adobo," he said with a smile, explaining that he does not eat beef or fish. He also shared his fondness for balut, a Filipino delicacy similar to a popular street food in Cambodia. As for his slim physique, he joked, "I eat vegetables a little bit. That’s why I’m skinny!"
His visit culminates with his participation in the inaugural leg of the Southeast Asian Pop Music & Culture Caravan 2026, organized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts in partnership with BSE.
The regional initiative brings together artists and cultural communities across Southeast Asia in celebration of contemporary music, culture, and creative collaboration.
Joining G-Devith in the inaugural leg are Filipino global pop group HORI7ON, P-Pop powerhouse 1st.One, and Filipino World Music band TALAHIB, reflecting SEA Pop's vision of fostering greater appreciation for Southeast Asia's diverse artistic voices and creating meaningful opportunities for cultural exchange across the region.
