With record performances, sales, and closed deals, Royale Homes is celebrating in warm and heartfelt ways by rightfully rewarding its outstanding sales force.
As one of Sta. Lucia Land’s exclusive marketing arm, Royale Homes has been establishing its solid position in real estate for more than three decades, and with each year, it just keeps on welcoming new and exciting developments.

2025 is no different, as it saw a milestone of families being able to secure a premium property of their own. Part of the success is, of course, the dedication of its sales force. For this reason, the company had generously gifted those who showed a stunning performance last year with a travel incentive to Shanghai, China.
Joined by some of the top executives from Sta. Lucia Land, including its President and CEO Exequiel D. Robles, the group made their way to some of the most iconic and prominent areas in the vibrant city.

During the trip, the group made their way to the famous Oriental Pearl Tower, where they marveled at an amazing view of the city skyline. Aiming to get another glimpse of that view, the group also visited another towering structure which is the Shanghai Tower.
The waterfront area of The Bund was another destination they went to, and it provided picturesque sights to capture the moments in perfect photos. Capping off the trip is an exploration of Wuxi, as they got transported to what is known as their mini-Kyoto and the water town of Wuzhen, which offered ancient views as each person circled different areas in a lovely boat ride.

The travel incentive is one of the generous ways that Royale Homes expresses its recognition and acknowledgement of the excellent service of its sales partners. Earlier this year, it also held its Annual Awards event, where sales partners were honored via different titles and accolades.
Royale Homes Marketing Corporation serves as one of the pioneering marketing arms of Sta. Lucia, having been established for more than 30 years.
