  • To prioritize her recovery and well-being, drag artist Jade So will be taking an indefinite hiatus from all drag performances and public appearances following a concerning livestream.

Concern spread across social media after Miss Jade So broke down during a recent TikTok livestream, where she appeared visibly distressed and repeatedly cried.

Clips from the broadcast quickly circulated online, prompting an outpouring of support from fans.

In response, the Alfio Family and Haus Of Miss Jade So released an official statement confirming that Jade is safe and receiving care from loved ones.

The team clarified that Jade "does not hold anyone accountable for her emotional distress or the personal crisis she experienced," emphasizing that she was "in an extremely vulnerable and overwhelmed state, crying out for help."
They also urged the public to stop harassing Marina Summers, Eva Le Queen, and anyone else connected to the incident.
They also asked fans to refrain from sharing clips of the livestream, and respect Jade's privacy as she focuses on recovery.
The statement added that Jade will be taking an indefinite hiatus from all drag performances and public appearances.

Here's the official statement in full:

To everyone who has reached out with concern, thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time. Your compassion has meant more than words can express. Jade is deeply sorry for the distress and worry that recent events have caused to her family, friends, supporters, event organizers, fellow performers, and everyone affected. This has been a deeply personal and painful experience.

We would also like to reassure everyone that Jade is safe and is currently surrounded by loved ones while receiving the care and support she needs to focus on healing and recovery. At this time, we respectfully ask everyone to refrain from speculation, accusation, blame, or directing harassment toward anyone believed to be connected to these events.

Jade also wishes to make one thing clear: she does not hold anyone accountable for her emotional distress or the personal crisis she experienced. During her livestream, Jade was in an extremely vulnerable and overwhelmed state, crying out for help. Her words should not be understood as assigning blame or responsibility to anyone.

Jade's struggles are deeply personal and far more complex than any one person or any single event. We therefore ask that Marina Summers, Eva Le Queen, and anyone else mentioned in connection with this situation not be subjected to hate, harassment, threats, or online abuse.

We also hope this difficult moment will not become an opportunity to pit queens against one another or create further division within the drag community. Especially during times like these, we hope everyone will choose empathy over conflict, compassion over judgment, and support over hostility. Let this be a moment to care for one another rather than deepen hurt or fuel unnecessary conflict.

We also ask everyone to please stop sharing, reposting, recording, or circulating videos, screenshots, or clips from Jade's livestream. If you have shared any part of it, we respectfully ask that you remove it. Choosing not to amplify these deeply personal moments is a meaningful act of compassion and respect for Jade's dignity as she heals.

To prioritize her recovery and well-being, Jade will be taking an indefinite hiatus from all drag performances and public appearances. Accordingly, all scheduled shows, bookings, and engagements are canceled until further notice. Jade sincerely apologizes to every organizer, fellow performer, collaborator, and everyone who was looking forward to these appearances, and deeply appreciates your understanding.

Finally, thank you for the overwhelming love, concern, and support that has been shown during this difficult time. We kindly ask for continued privacy, patience, and understanding as Jade focuses on healing. There will be no further statements at this time. We respectfully ask for your understanding as Jade and her loved ones focus on recovery.

Love & Light, Alfio Family and Haus Of Miss Jade So
