Indonesian business delegation explores investment opportunities in Pasay

A delegation from the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) paid a courtesy call on Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto‑Rubiano to discuss potential investments and strengthen business ties between Indonesia and the Philippines.
The delegation was led by KADIN Vice Chair for Bilateral Relations and Indonesia-Philippines Committee Iman Arif, together with KADIN Vice Chair for Agriculture Devi Erna Rachmawati, Agro Investama Group Director Stefani Tjandra, and PT Nawakara Security Solutions Chief Executive Officer Dino Hindarto.
During the meeting at Pasay City Hall, the Indonesian business leaders presented their investment interests in food security, waste management, agriculture, mining, and security solutions, and explored possible areas of collaboration with the city government.
Rubiano welcomed the delegation and underscored Pasay City's commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment that encourages foreign investments, innovation, and sustainable economic development.
The courtesy call was part of KADIN's efforts to expand economic cooperation with the Philippines and identify investment opportunities through partnerships with local government units and the private sector.
Following the meeting with the mayor, the delegation held discussions with Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Ferdinand "Perry" Ferrer and Philippine Indonesia Business Council Co-Chair Egay Rubiano on strengthening trade and investment relations between the two countries.
