BTS has set another milestone on Spotify after the music video for its song "Normal" became the most-streamed K-pop music video in a single day in the platform's history.
Spotify announced on July 17 that "'Normal' became the most-streamed K-pop music video in a single day in Spotify history."
The music video premiered exclusively on Spotify on July 17, marking a rare release strategy for a K-pop act. It will be released on YouTube on July 19.
"Normal" is a track from BTS' fifth studio album, "Arirang," released on March 20.
The song debuted at No. 41 on the Billboard Hot 100 dated April 4 and remained on the chart for three consecutive weeks.
Meanwhile, "Arirang" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and ranked No. 25 on the chart dated July 18.
BTS is also set to perform at the halftime show of the 2026 FIFA World Cup final at New York New Jersey Stadium on July 19 alongside Madonna, Shakira and Justin Bieber.
