More businesses, freelancers, and professionals are looking for work environments that offer flexibility and convenience. Meeting this need, work.able Iloilo has opened as the largest flexible workspace in Western Visayas, with Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) providing a dedicated hub for work, meetings, and collaboration.
Work.able Iloilo features a range of ready-to-use facilities, including coworking seats, private offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms, focus pods, and phone booths. It is equipped with high-speed WiFi for virtual meetings, online classes, content creation, and everyday tasks, while complimentary coffee and espresso machines keep members refreshed throughout the day. The center also includes a common pantry, a town hall for events, a clinic, and a private lactation room. Located on the 10th floor of Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 in Pavia, it offers convenient access within one of Western Visayas' key business districts.

Elton John Peralta, senior director and head of work.able, said the center's location beside a major transport terminal makes it convenient for users across Iloilo and nearby areas to visit for work, meetings, or collaboration. Echoing this, Jericho P. Go, senior vice president and Business Unit general manager of Robinsons Offices emphasized the role of well-designed spaces in bringing people together. “Spaces matter because they shape how people work, communicate, and build opportunities,” he said. “With work.able Iloilo, Robinsons Offices is providing a well-located, thoughtfully designed environment that gives Iloilo a new setting for ideas, collaboration, and everyday productivity.”

Reflecting the city's identity, the latest development blends modern office design with locally inspired elements. Its interiors draw from the energy and artistry of the Dinagyang Festival through textured finishes, layered details, warm wood tones, earthy colors, and locally sourced materials. A neon-lit "Maayong Aga" greeting welcomes visitors into a space that feels both contemporary and distinctly Ilonggo, whether they are working, meeting with others, or taking a break.

Visitors can experience the space through a limited-time offer available until July 31, 2026, which includes complimentary use of a hot desk. Coworking spaces are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, while private offices are accessible 24/7 for members who require greater flexibility.
The opening of the hub expands Robinsons Land's flexible workspace network beyond Metro Manila, bringing its coworking concept to Western Visayas and supporting the region's growing community of businesses, professionals, freelancers, and students.
