Cityland Development Corporation to conduct Annual Stockholders' Meeting for 2026

Cityland Development Corporation has scheduled its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) on August 07, 2026, 4:00 PM, to be conducted through virtually or via remote communication. Only stockholders of record as of July 8, 2026, are entitled to attend and vote in the meeting.
Stockholders who intend to attend and participate in the virtual meeting through proxy shall need to submit via email to [email protected] the scanned copy of the Letter of Intent to attend and participate via proxy via remote communication. Once validated, a registered stockholder will receive the Proxy form via email. Validation of proxies shall be until 4:00PM of July 31, 2026.
