Darlings, your favorite resident Gossip Girl just stumbled out of a birthday party, and I am currently hyperventilating into my designer clutch, hahaha! Let me explain the back story.
I attended the birthday bash of the perpetually ageless, jaw-droppingly gorgeous Lance Raymundo, and let me tell you, I am convinced the man is either a high-society vampire or he has discovered a secret fountain of youth hidden somewhere in his subdivision in Blue Ridge.
I walked into the party planning to ask him normal, professional questions for my column. Instead, I spent the entire night staring at his pores.
I asked him point-blank: “Lance, how do you manage to look 25 in both face and body?!"
And do you know what this beautiful madman said to me?
He smiled that blinding, perfect smile and admitted he completely misunderstood the question at first, thinking I asked where he saw himself 25 years from now!
"Ay, haha!" Classic Lance.
But once he got his timelines straight, his actual answer was deeply unhinged. He claims he doesn’t do anything special. No expensive procedures, no magic potions. He just... and I quote: “Lives young."
He told me, “Life throws daily struggles at everyone. I met an accident years ago that crushed and distorted my face , but I chose to face life’s hardships with a happy, hopeful disposition because being angry won't solve anything. Everything was restored, my face, my health and my career.”
While the rest of us are trying to figure out our morning routines, Lance has quietly unlocked a completely wild new career niche. Since 2023, he has been flying around the globe as an elite international pageant host. Hold onto your crowns, ladies, because our very own Pinoy pride was the first-ever Filipino to host Miss Universe India!

Apparently, he is so wildly famous over there now that he’s practically a commuter between Manila and New Delhi, hosting Mister India and Mrs. Universe India. He’s also conquered pageants in Colombia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Thailand. I’m starting to think he just uses these international pageants to harvest the youthful energy of the contestants.
And if hosting global pageants wasn't enough, his acting and singing careers are having a massive second wind. He’s returning to his modeling roots, too. He just walked the runway for LJ Boiser at Asia World Fashion Week, and he’s gearing up to do the grand finale walk for Marky Lagdameo this coming July 18!
The corporate world isn't safe either. Lance has just been inducted as executive for NDM Studios. He is officially part of the big-boss family, and they have an absolutely packed lineup for him. He is currently filming the highly anticipated horror-comedy “Ghost Project” and the star-studded movie "Taipei Tanders" alongside screen legends Eva Darren, Marissa Delgado, and Nanette Inventor. The man is fully booked until the end of the year!
But beneath the blinding charisma, the executive title, and the flawless skin, Lance completely melted my heart. When I asked for his ultimate birthday wish, he didn't ask for more fame or another international gig. He spoke lovingly about the beautiful privilege he and his brother Rannie share in taking care of their mom, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease last year,
“I wish for all kids to have the chance to lovingly give back to their parents and make them feel loved. Of course, having more years and making more memories with Mom would be a great gift too!"
Ugh! Beautiful, successful, ageless, and devoted, saintly son. It’s simply not fair to the rest of us mere mortals.
Happy Birthday, Lance! Whatever vibe you're drinking, please bottle it up and sell it to me!
