Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) continues to mark progress on two fronts. Alongside industry recognition that reflects its strong performance as a real estate developer, the company has also sustained initiatives that create a positive social impact. The company recently reinforced its position in Mindanao after receiving three distinctions at the 2026 BDO Home Loan Developer Awards. It was named the region's top developer for the second consecutive year, while also earning the Sapphire Award for Production for the third consecutive year and the Most Compliant in Title Delivery award. The recognitions reflect the company's consistent performance in project delivery, production, and customer service, reinforcing its reputation as one of Mindanao's leading developers.

Beyond real estate, Alsons Dev has expanded its corporate social responsibility efforts through partnerships focused on healthcare and culture. The company recently renewed its collaboration with CURE Philippines to help fund free specialized surgeries for children from underserved families, giving more young patients access to critical medical treatment.

Its commitment to community development also extends to the creative sector. The Conrado Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of the Alcantara Group, was named a finalist in the Outstanding CSR Project for Arts and Culture category at the 2026 CSR Guild Awards for its joint initiative with Alsons Dev, a member of the Alcantara Group. The recognition highlighted efforts to support Davao City's arts and cultural sector, including the Culture, Arts, and Heritage Summit, which brought together artists, educators, government representatives, and private sector partners to encourage collaboration and identify opportunities for the local creative industry.

Highlighting the importance of the recognition, Miguel Rene A.
