Barkley actually dropped 18 of his total in the opening frame where Blackwater raced to an early 24-12 lead before he created plays for his teammates in the second half.
Sedrick Barefield finished with 24 points while RK Ilagan added 22. Dalph Panopio chipped in 19 while James Una and Abu Tratter also stepped up with 12 and 11, respectively.
Aaron Fuller paced ROS with 38 points while Adrian Nocum added 17 for the Elasto Painters who still missed the services of Keith Datu, Felix Lemetti and even Leonard Santillan due to injuries.
