Heart Evangelista back in her element at Paris Fashion Week after health scare

It didn't take long for Heart Evangelista to return to one of the places where she's most at home, the front rows of Paris Fashion Week.

Just weeks after a kidney-related health scare that landed her in the hospital, the actress and fashion icon is once again making the rounds at Paris Haute Couture Week Fall/Winter 2026-2027, proving that her passion for fashion remains as strong as ever.

On Instagram, Evangelista has been giving followers a glimpse of her latest Paris adventure, from fittings and runway shows to candid behind-the-scenes moments with fellow celebrities, designers, photographers, and her team.

Among the highlights of her trip was a meeting with Thai internet personality and luxury lifestyle influencer Aon Somrutai. The pair shared hugs, laughs, and warm compliments in a video that quickly made the rounds online.

Evangelista also crossed paths with actress Davika Hoorne, Becca Bloom, and "Emily in Paris" star Ashley Park as she continued her fashion week engagements.

Her return comes after she was forced to skip Paris Men's Fashion Week last month following a hospitalization brought on by exhaustion and a kidney-related condition. After recovering, Evangelista shared that her doctor had cleared her to resume work.

The actress also reflected on the experience, describing it as one of the "biggest wake-up calls" of her life.

"I am so done giving 200 percent just to please the ones who never liked me to begin with. I will work to make myself happy and for my own personal purpose," she wrote on social media.

For longtime followers, Heart's latest appearance in Paris is a familiar sight. Over the years, she has established herself as one of the few Filipino celebrities with a regular presence at the world's biggest fashion weeks, making her return all the more welcome after her recent health setback.

Heart continues to host GMA Network's game show "The People Have Spoken," which airs every Saturday.
