Chocolate lovers gathered at S Maison from July 2 to 5 as the seventh S Maison x Auro World Chocolate Fair transformed the mall's Main Atrium into a circus-inspired celebration of Filipino cacao, local craftsmanship and artisanal confections.
Held in partnership with award-winning Filipino tree-to-bar chocolate maker Auro Chocolate, this year's edition carried the theme "Le Cirque Du Auro Chocolat," bringing together chefs, pastry makers, cafés and artisan brands for a four-day showcase of exclusive chocolate creations, desserts, beverages and interactive experiences.

Since its launch in 2019, the annual fair has become one of S Maison's signature events, highlighting the versatility of Philippine-grown cacao while providing a platform for local culinary talent and food entrepreneurs.
Among this year's participants were Kultura, Conrad Manila, Auro Chocolate Café, Chef Leti Moreau, Half Saints, Ciento Cookies, Mindful Indulgence, Macao Imperial Tea, Tender Loving Cakes and Alchemy Baking Magic. Each presented limited-edition pastries, desserts, beverages and specialty treats made with Auro Chocolate for the duration of the fair.

Visitors also took part in the Grand Carnival Giveaway, where shoppers who spent at least P500 at participating booths earned raffle entries for daily prizes. Giveaways included Grand Carnival Gift Sets featuring products from participating exhibitors, as well as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Experience Bundles, which included orchestra tickets to the musical at The Theatre at Solaire and Auro Chocolate products.
The fair also served as the first of four stops for the PHIXO Pathcode EXhOrizon Stamp Rally organized by EXO Parallel PH, allowing fans to collect stamps and exclusive event giveaways through purchases at the Auro Chocolate Café booth.
Beyond its food offerings, the event featured circus-themed activities, including face painting, balloon art and tarot card readings, while live entertainment throughout the four days included drag performances, a bubble show and a magic act.
Now in its seventh edition, the S Maison x Auro World Chocolate Fair continues to celebrate Philippine-grown cacao through collaborations with chefs, artisans and local brands, reinforcing the growing appreciation for Filipino chocolate and craftsmanship.
