RLC Residences, the residential division of Robinsons Land Corporation, has recently topped off Sync N-Tower, the third tower of the Sync development. The event marked the completion of the tower's structural framework and advanced the project toward its next stages of development.
RLC Residences Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Teddy V. Bernas and other executives led the ceremony held recently at the Sync project site along C5 Road in Barangay Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
“Reaching the topping-off stage of Sync N-Tower reflects the dedication of the project teams and partners behind this development,” said Engr. Emmanuel Arce, vice president and head of Construction of RLC Residences. “Every stage of construction requires careful planning, coordination, and commitment to quality. More importantly, this brings future homeowners closer to a community designed to support their routines, aspirations, and evolving lifestyles.”
With the completion of the Sync N-Tower structural framework, construction will continue the tower’s architectural and building systems as the development takes shape as a connected, thoughtfully planned community for modern urban living in Pasig City.
For homebuyers, the completed structural framework signals that the project is moving forward as planned, and that their investment is being carried out with reliability, focus, and care.
For RLC Residences, this milestone reflects the careful execution behind each stage of project delivery.
“This achievement reflects the technical coordination and day-to-day commitment required to bring a project of this scale to life,” said Engr. Jose Rovie Cipriano, senior consultant of RLC Residences. “From planning and design to engineering and site execution, every group played an important role in bringing Sync N-Tower to this stage. We are grateful to the teams whose work continues to advance the project toward its next phases of development.”
Sync follows earlier milestones achieved by the development’s S and Y Towers, reflecting the steady progress of the overall project. One of its notable engineering features is the Sky Bridge, which connects the four towers and enhances structural resilience during seismic events.
Located along the C5 corridor, Sync offers residents access to one of Metro Manila’s major thoroughfares and proximity to key business, commercial, transport, retail, and lifestyle destinations, including Ortigas Center, Bridgetowne, Kapitolyo, and Bonifacio Global City. The development is designed for young professionals, growing families, and investors who want a home that supports mobility, convenience, and everyday productivity.
Sync features efficiently planned units, smart home features, and a range of indoor and outdoor amenities. It also includes a lifestyle retail wing, adding another layer of convenience for residents and visitors.
The development has earned recognition for its future-ready design and engineering. Sync received a Gold Award in the Residential High-Rise Category at the 2025 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Awards.
