Viral bride Barbie Forteza's 'Saving Cherry' entourage revealed

Just days after Barbie Forteza fueled online speculation that she had secretly tied the knot, Regal Entertainment has revealed the stars making up her wedding entourage in the upcoming comedy "Saving Cherry."

Joining Forteza are Mika Salamanca, AC Bonifacio, Mikee Quintos and Sassa Gurl, who will appear as members of Cherry's bridal party. Further details about their roles have not yet been disclosed.

Forteza recently set social media abuzz after posting photos of herself in a wedding gown, prompting many fans to believe she had gotten married. It was later revealed that the images were behind-the-scenes shots from "Saving Cherry," in which she plays Cherry, a bride-to-be whose wedding plans unravel after she discovers her fiancé has been unfaithful.

Directed by Ivan Andrew Payawal, the film follows Cherry as she attempts to move on from heartbreak by embarking on a chaotic quest to lose her virginity, leading to a series of comedic misadventures.

"Saving Cherry" is set for a nationwide theatrical release.
