'Goblin' stars recreate iconic scenes in emotional 10th anniversary reunion
Korean stars Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun, Lee Dong-wook and Yoo In-na reunited to relive some of the most memorable moments from the hit drama "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God," better known as "Goblin," as they celebrated the series' 10th anniversary in a special reunion program aired by tvN.
The cast traveled to Gangneung, one of the drama's filming locations, where Gong Yoo and Kim Go-eun recreated the memorable first meeting between their characters at Jumunjin Beach.
Reflecting on the drama, Gong Yoo said, "'Goblin' was the most brilliant winter for me."
Kim Go-eun credited the cast's strong bond for helping them through filming.
"Our teamwork was truly great. We were able to endure because we had each other," she said.
Yoo In-na also expressed her affection for her longtime co-star, telling Gong Yoo, "I think you are the Goblin for all of us."
Originally broadcast in 2016, "Goblin" became one of South Korea's biggest television hits. Its finale recorded a nationwide rating of 18.68 percent, making it one of the highest-rated cable television dramas in the country's history.
