Work is no longer tied to a single office. As hybrid work and flexible arrangements become the norm, companies are looking for workspaces that allow teams to work, collaborate, and expand from wherever they need to be. Reflecting this demand, Robinsons Land (RLC) has launched work.able Iloilo, its first and largest flexible workspace center in Western Visayas, offering more than 420 seats.
As businesses look beyond Metro Manila for new growth opportunities, CBRE's Q1 2026 market report identifies Iloilo as one of the country's top-performing provincial office markets, highlighting its growing appeal as an alternative business location.
Set within Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 beside Robinsons Pavia, the center offers fully serviced office spaces in a strategic business district. It is about 15 minutes from Iloilo International Airport, with direct access to public transport and nearby retail, dining, and essential services.
Jericho P. Go, senior vice president and business unit general manager of Robinsons Offices, said the launch reflects the company's strategy of supporting business growth in key regional markets. "Iloilo presents a compelling opportunity for companies that want to grow beyond Metro Manila while staying close to talent, infrastructure, and regional markets. With work.able now in Cybergate Iloilo 3, there is a ready platform for organizations to establish a flexible presence in Western Visayas and scale with greater confidence."

Designed to accommodate different workstyles, the facility features more than 420 workstations across 25 private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, focus pods, and hot desks, along with a town hall that can host up to 185 guests for training sessions and business events. It also offers high-speed WiFi, a common pantry, complimentary coffee, and interiors inspired by the Dinagyang Festival, blending contemporary office design with locally woven materials, warm wood finishes, and earthy tones.
Elton John Peralta, senior director and head of work.able, said the center was designed to meet the changing needs of today's businesses. "work.able Iloilo was designed for businesses that need speed, flexibility, and operational support. Through its serviced offices, scalable work areas, and end-to-end support, the center allows companies to set up or expand in Iloilo quickly while we manage their workspace requirements."
Changing workplace needs continue to reshape how companies choose and use office spaces. With work.able Iloilo, Robinsons Land expands its flexible workspace network beyond Metro Manila, giving businesses a faster and more practical way to establish and grow their presence in key regional markets.
