Work is no longer tied to a single office. Reflecting this demand, Robinsons Land (RLC) has launched work.able Iloilo, its first and largest flexible workspace center in Western Visayas, offering more than 420 seats.

As businesses look beyond Metro Manila for new growth opportunities, CBRE's Q1 2026 market report identifies Iloilo as one of the country's top-performing provincial office markets, highlighting its growing appeal as an alternative business location.

Set within Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 beside Robinsons Pavia, the center offers fully serviced office spaces in a strategic business district. It is about 15 minutes from Iloilo International Airport, with direct access to public transport and nearby retail, dining, and essential services.

Jericho P. Go, senior vice president and business unit general manager of Robinsons Offices, said the launch reflects the company's strategy of supporting business growth in key regional markets. Designed to accommodate different workstyles, the facility features more than 420 workstations across 25 private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, focus pods, and hot desks, along with a town hall that can host up to 185 guests for training sessions and business events. It also offers high-speed WiFi, a common pantry, complimentary coffee, and interiors inspired by the Dinagyang Festival, blending contemporary office design with locally woven materials, warm wood finishes, and earthy tones.
