East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) has launched its EasyMobility for Community Program, marked by the turnover of vehicles to non-profit partners in Visayas and Mindanao. The initiative aims to strengthen education and community outreach by improving mobility for institutions that deliver essential services.
As part of the initial rollout, the following non-profit institutions across Cebu, Negros Occidental, and Davao City will receive sub-compact sedans (model years 2024 and 2025): CITE (Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise) Technical Institute, Inc., St. John Bosco Parish (Liloan, Cebu), Don Bosco Training Center (Liloan, Cebu), Don Bosco Provincial House (Cebu City), Don Bosco Spirituality Center (Davao City), St. John Bosco Parish (Murcia, Negros Occidental), Mary Our Help Technical Institute for Women–Cebu, Inc. (Minglanilla, Cebu), and Don Bosco Retreat House (Talisay City, Cebu).

These organizations play critical roles in advancing education and community development. Don Bosco’s institutions and partners support youth formation, values education, and technical training, while CITE provides industry-aligned technical education that prepares students for employment and sustainable livelihoods.
The donated units are expected to support logistics, field operations, and outreach activities, enabling partner institutions to expand their reach and serve more communities.
The EasyMobility for Community Program reflects EastWest’s commitment to putting its resources to meaningful use—supporting organizations that depend on reliable mobility to carry out education, training, and community service initiatives.

Following this initial rollout, the Bank aims to extend the program to additional partner institutions nationwide.
“At EastWest, we believe in enabling our partners to do more and reach further,” said EastWest CEO Jerry G. Ngo. “Through the EasyMobility for Community Program, we aim to support institutions like Don Bosco and CITE in bringing education, skills training, and essential services closer to the communities they serve. These partnerships reflect our commitment to creating lasting, meaningful impact.”
