Vanness Wu announces marriage after F4 reunion concert in Manila

Taiwanese-American singer and actor Vanness Wu has revealed that he is married anew, sharing the milestone with fans through a heartfelt social media post. 

The former "Meteor Garden" star made the announcement on Sunday, June 29, posting a photo on Instagram showing his hand intertwined with his spouse's.

While he did not reveal his bride's identity, the matching wedding bands in the image confirmed the happy news.

Reflecting on a memorable year, Wu expressed gratitude for both his career and personal life.

"Every good thing comes from above. 2026 has been filled with so many blessings. Being able to tour again with the boys, being able to do what I love on stage and perform for you all, and now being blessed with the most important person in my life.

I'm truly so grateful to be able to share this love with all of you who have supported me throughout the years. May God bless each and every one of you with the same love and grace he has so generously shown me."

This marks Wu's second marriage. He was previously married to Singaporean entrepreneur Arissa Cheo from 2013 until their divorce in 2018.

The announcement comes shortly after Wu reunited with his fellow F4 members for a highly anticipated performance at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan. The reunion featured Jerry Yan and Vic Chou, while Mayday frontman Ashin stepped in for Ken Chu, who was unable to participate in the tour.

The concert drew thousands of fans eager to relive the nostalgia of the iconic Taiwanese drama "Meteor Garden," which launched F4 to international fame in 2001.

Wu portrayed the charismatic Meizuo in the hit series.
