As cities beyond Metro Manila continue to emerge as thriving centers of growth, developers are reimagining what urban living can look like outside the capital. In Angeles City, Pampanga, Rockwell Land is bringing its signature brand of refined living north through Rockwell at Nepo Center, a 4.6 hectare mixed- use development poised to redefine the region's residential and lifestyle landscape.
Developed in partnership with Juan D. Nepomuceno Realty Group, the project brings together residential, retail, leisure, and open spaces in a masterplanned community designed around convenience, connectivity, and quality of life.
Its location places residents at the center of one of the country's fastest-growing regions. Universities, commercial districts, and established retail destinations are all within easy reach, while Clark International Airport and Clark Freeport Zone continue to fuel economic activity and investment across Central Luzon.

But beyond accessibility, Rockwell at Nepo Center aims to deliver something the brand has long been known for: creating communities that elevate everyday living with greater ease and intention.
"Rockwell at Nepo Center's intentional design seamlessly integrates wellness, community, and placemaking at its core," the company shares. "Its 78 percent open spaces, wellness amenities, and Power Plant Mall Angeles offer spaces for the community to gather, framing everyday moments that encourage movement, pause and connection."
Drawing inspiration from the success of Rockwell Center Makati, the development has been designed to evoke the same sense of community while reflecting the character and lifestyle of Pampanga. The result is a destination that feels distinctly Kapampangan while carrying the hallmarks of the Rockwell experience.

Rooted in art and lifestyle
At the residential core of the development are three towers named after celebrated Kapampangan artists: The Manansala, The BenCab, and The Aurelio. The names serve as a nod to the province's rich cultural heritage while reinforcing the project's connection to place.

According to Rockwell Land, the project "incorporates the province's rich cultural identity and the unique Rockwell touch found in each project- reflecting the excellence of both Kapampangan culture and the Rockwell standard."
The latest tower, The Aurelio, launched in October 2025, and offers one- to three-bedroom residences designed to suit a variety of lifestyles, from young professionals and growing families to investors seeking opportunities in the region's expanding property market.
Residents will have access to a range of lifestyle amenities thoughtfully integrated into the community. A clubhouse with function rooms and a fitness gym anchors the recreational facilities, complemented by a lap pool, kiddie pool, and expansive green spaces. Other highlights include a great lawn, yoga and quiet garden, barbecue area, children's play zone, multipurpose courts, and a jogging path that encourages an active lifestyle.

Adding another layer of convenience is direct access to the retail component through underground passageways connecting each residential building to the mall, allowing residents to move seamlessly between home and lifestyle destinations. Perhaps the most anticipated component of the development is Power Plant Mall Angeles, the first expansion of Rockwell's flagship retail brand outside Metro Manila. Set to open in the third quarter of 2027, the mall signals a significant step in the company's long- term growth strategy.

"Expansion has long been part of Rockwell's goals," the company says. "The opportunity to bring the first Power Plant Mall outside Metro Manila to Pampanga presented itself in the optimal location of Angeles City with its rapid urbanization, growth in economic productivity, and expansive infrastructure."
Designed after the iconic Power Plant Mall in Makati, the 32,000-sqm retail destination will feature a carefully curated mix of local and international brands, alongside dining concepts that celebrate Pampanga's reputation as the culinary capital of the Philippines. Al fresco dining areas and lifestyle- oriented spaces are expected to become gathering places for both residents and visitors.

The project recently reached a major milestone with the topping-off of the mall in March 2026. Rockwell Land has likewise announced an additional 9,000-sqm expansion, underscoring confidence in the area's growth potential and the increasing demand for premium retail experiences in Northern Luzon.
A new chapter for Pampanga
As Rockwell at Nepo Center continues to rise, it represents more than a residential address or shopping destination. It is a vision for how communities can evolve by bringing together homes, open spaces, culture, retail, and leisure within a single, thoughtfully planned environment.

As Angeles City continues its transformation into a major urban center, Rockwell at Nepo Center stands as one milestone development as it blends the sophistication of the Rockwell lifestyle with the warmth, culture, and dynamism that have long defined Pampanga.
