Manila gov't announces road closures, rerouting for Pride Parade in Malate

The Manila city government announced road closures and a rerouting scheme for motorists passing through Malate on Saturday, June 27, due to the Manila Pride Parade 2026.
Authorities said the traffic adjustments will take effect starting at 8 a.m. onwards.
Several roads around Remedios Circle will be temporarily closed, including Remedios Circle, Jorge Bocobo Street from San Andres Street to Remedios Circle, and Remedios Street from Jorge Bocobo Street to Guerrero Street.

Motorists coming from San Andres Street are directed to turn right onto Guerrero Street, while those coming from Adriatico Street are advised to turn left onto Gen. Malvar Street to reach their destinations.
A stop-and-go traffic scheme will also be implemented at key intersections along San Andres Street, A. Mabini Street, Adriatico Street, Pedro Gil Street, and Gen. Malvar Street.
The city government said the traffic measures aim to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles and maintain public safety while the parade is underway.
Motorists are advised to plan their trips ahead and take alternate routes to avoid delays.
