2 robbery suspects arrested in Quezon

GUMACA, Quezon — Police arrested two robbery suspects in Libmanan, Camarines Norte in Barangay Rosario, this town, on Friday, June 26.

Investigation said two suspects boarded a bus after committing   the crime.

Police conducted a follow-up operation and flagged down the bus in a checkpoint in front of a police camp.

Passengers were searched one by one and two suspects were apprehended as they matched the description provided by intelligence units – wearing black jackets and black hats with one bearing a facial tattoo.

Recovered from the suspects who are now in police custody and face appropriate cases were guns, bullets, magazines, and foreign currency and pieces of jewelry.

Quezon police chief Police Col. Romulo Albacea cited operating units for their achievement.

Albacea urged the people to continue providing information to the police against crime.
