Manila to experience nighttime water interruption from June 23 to 30

Residents in portions of Manila will experience a temporary nighttime water service interruption from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting June 23 until June 30, due to urgent network maintenance and system optimization activities.

The interruption is part of efforts to improve network performance and enhance service reliability, according to water service provider advisories.

Normal water service is expected to resume by July 1.

Residents in affected areas are advised to store enough water in advance to meet household needs during the scheduled interruption.

Mobile water tankers will also be deployed to assist affected customers.

Authorities apologized for the inconvenience and thanked customers for their patience and understanding as maintenance works are carried out.

Customers are also encouraged to register for Maynilad Alerts to receive account-specific advisories via SMS.
