Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has inaugurated its largest flexible workspace facility in Western Visayas, positioning the company to capture expanding corporate demand outside Metro Manila as provincial business processing hubs gain momentum.

In a statement on Monday, June 22, RLC said the real estate developer launched its work.able brand on the 10th floor of Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 in Pavia, Iloilo.

The facility has more than 420 workstations distributed across 25 private offices, boardrooms, focus pods, and hot-desk arrangements. The layout includes a town hall and a shared pantry configured to accommodate as many as 185 guests for corporate training sessions or 90 individuals for dining events.

The expansion tracks accelerating tenant interest in secondary economic hubs in the Philippines. Real estate advisory firm CBRE identified Iloilo as a top-performing provincial sub-district in its first-quarter market report for 2026. This performance comes as multinational corporations and business process outsourcing firms increasingly prioritize decentralized operational footprints to mitigate rising capital costs in major metropolitan areas.

Go added that the site provides a scalable, plug-and-play platform allowing organizations to establish a regional presence without entering long-term, capital-intensive lease agreements.

The corporate strategy behind flexible developments hinges on mitigating traditional capital expenditure outlays. The plug-and-play facility allows corporate occupiers to scale operations rapidly or reduce headcount footprint without the financial friction associated with construction and long-term commercial lease agreements. Private offices inside the center will operate around the clock, while coworking areas remain restricted to standard business hours on weekdays.

The asset sits along Senator Benigno S. Aquino Jr. Avenue, also known as Diversion Road, locating it roughly 15 minutes away from Iloilo International Airport. The property provides transit connectivity through an adjacent public transport terminal, while its physical host, Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3, holds a LEED v4 Silver Certification, signaling energy and water efficiency standards that attract compliance-driven multinational occupants.
