Ayala Land's Click Space lands global healthtech firm Eucalyptus
Click Space, the flexible workspace offering of Ayala Land Offices (ALO), has signed up global digital healthcare provider Eucalyptus, highlighting the growing demand for workplaces that can support more complex operational requirements.
ALO said this also reflects the continued evolution of the Philippines as a hub for higher-value, tech-enabled outsourcing and knowledge-based operations.
Eucalyptus operates at the intersection of healthcare and technology, delivering end-to-end telehealth services through a digitally integrated model.
Its operations go beyond traditional business process outsourcing (BPO), representing a more specialized segment of healthtech and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) that requires skilled talent, secure infrastructure, and a high-quality work environment to support clinical and operational functions.
“We are pleased to welcome Eucalyptus to Click Space,” said ALO President Hamm Katipunan, who noted that, “As companies evolve toward more specialized and technology-driven operations, the role of the workplace also shifts.”
He explained that, “It is no longer just about space, but about creating an environment that supports performance, reliability, and long-term growth. This is what we aim to deliver across our portfolio.”
ALO developments continue to attract occupiers in healthcare, fintech, and global capability centers. These companies require enterprise-grade infrastructure for data-sensitive operations, access to deep and skilled talent pools, and workplace environments that meet global standards.
Equally important is the ability to scale within a trusted ecosystem, allowing them to grow without disruption as their operations expand.
Click Space plays a central role in this strategy. It combines plug-and-play convenience with the ability to customize and expand, allowing companies like Eucalyptus to establish and grow their presence seamlessly.
Commercial real estate firm CBRE Philippines facilitated the transaction, supporting Eucalyptus in securing a workspace aligned with its operational needs and growth trajectory.
As the outsourcing landscape continues to evolve toward higher-value and more specialized services, ALO remains focused on enabling this transformation by providing workplace environments designed for long-term scalability, talent attraction, and operational resilience.
The transaction further reflects how global companies are increasingly prioritizing high-quality, experience-driven office environments as strategic tools for growth, collaboration, and maintaining competitiveness in a rapidly changing business landscape. - James A. Loyola
