New collaboration expands access to property listings, financing support, and homebuying resources for Filipinos in the US and Canada

The partnership brings together RLC Residences’ residential developments and Bahaideals.com’s digital platform, which offers verified property listings, financing assistance, and property guidance for overseas Filipinos. Through the collaboration, Filipinos in the United States and Canada can more easily learn about housing opportunities in the Philippines and access resources that can help them make informed homebuying decisions. The initiative also strengthens RLC Residences’ efforts to connect with Filipino communities abroad and expand awareness of its residential developments.
The partnership was formalized on May 27, 2026, at Cyberscape Alpha in Ortigas, with Teddy V. Bernas, senior vice president and business unit general manager of RLC Residences, and Keny Chang, president and CEO of Bahaideals.com, leading the signing. The agreement marks another step in RLC Residences’ efforts to engage Filipino communities overseas through digital channels and partnerships.

Bernas said many prospective homeowners are looking not only for investment value but also for comfort and security. “At RLC Residences, we believe home ownership should bring lasting investment value, and peace of mind. Our shared mission with Bahaideals.com is to help more Filipinos abroad make informed and confident decisions as they build a future for themselves and their loved ones.”
Denise Lyttle-Lao, vice president and overall head of sales of RLC Residences, said many overseas Filipinos continue to aspire to own a home in the Philippines despite the challenges of purchasing property from abroad. “Many Filipinos abroad dream of owning a home in the Philippines, but distance can make the process feel complicated and uncertain.
