Governor Daniel R. Fernando was recognized with the People’s Governor Excellence Award during the 10th Anniversary of the World Class Excellence Japan Awards (WCEJA) held at Heritage Hotel Manila in Pasay City on Thursday, June 18.
In his acceptance speech, Fernando said he was dedicating the award to Bulakenyos, noting that genuine service means empowering citizens through opportunities in education, livelihood, and public services.
WCEJA Founder and Chairman Emma Cordero described the awards as a testament to what can be achieved when passion, dedication, and purpose come together.
