Fruitas Holdings, Inc. will hold its 2026 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) on July 21, 2026 (Tuesday) at 2:00 p.m. via remote communication.
Only virtual attendance and voting in absentia will be allowed, while the directors will convene at the Fruitas Building in Sta. Mesa, Manila. The record date for stockholders entitled to vote is June 22, 2026.
Stockholders who wish to participate must email their intent to [email protected] and complete the registration and validation requirements. The Minutes of the 2025 ASM are available on the company’s website for review.
