Angeline Quinto fulfills promise to late mother, earns college degree at 36
More than a decade after rising to fame, singer-actress Angeline Quinto is celebrating a new achievement, one that carries deep personal meaning.
At 36 years old, Angeline graduated from Immaculada Concepcion College with a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management, fulfilling a promise she made to her late adoptive mother, Mama Bob.
The singer marked the milestone by sharing a series of Instagram Stories dedicated to the woman who raised her.
"To my best guardian angel in heaven, Mama, this is all for you,” she wrote.
"As I have always promised, I will continue to make you proud, Mama," she added.
Angeline also reflected on her academic journey in an Instagram post, opening her caption with lyrics from her hit song "Patuloy Ang Pangarap," a fitting tribute to a dream she never gave up on.
Despite balancing motherhood with a busy entertainment career, Angeline shared that she pushed through every challenge that came her way.
"Sa kabila ng puyat at pagod kasabay ng pagiging nanay kay Sylvio and Sylvia. Kasabay ng mga shows, music events out of town and out of the country, shoot ng series, kinaya," she wrote.
The singer thanked her partner Nonrev, her children, and her family for inspiring her to keep going. She also expressed her appreciation to Kate Valenzuela for believing in her, as well as her professors for their guidance and unwavering support throughout her studies.
