Father figures that we see in the various media we consume are just as important as our actual fathers. Bandit Heeler
There are many new fathers out there who could learn a thing or two from Bandit. Bandit is very hands-on when it comes to caring for Bluey and Bingo. He knows the importance of playing with his children. Bandit also willingly helps Chili around the house while still balancing his work as an archaeologist. Even when he’s known to be a goofster, he knows when he can use moments to teach his daughters a valuable lesson in life.

Gomez Addams
There is no fictional dad more supportive and loving than Gomez Addams. We know he’s the type of dad who would jump into anything to ensure that his wife, the ever-so-gorgeous Morticia, and children, Wednesday and Pugsley, are given the best in life. Everyone knows him for his love of Morticia, but we have been shown multiple times how supportive he is of his family. Even if it involves hiding a crime or two. He’s the ultimate definition of a dad who would ride and die for the good of the family.

Phil Dunphy
“Modern Family” made waves in recent years for its portrayal of an unconventional family setup. Among them all, the Internet has crowned Phil Dunphy the top dad award. Phil is known to be the goofy, fun-loving dad with a wholesome heart. Though his admiration for Gloria can be a red flag at times, he has always been shown as one who learns how to listen to his family and do right by them.

Pepito Manaloto
Michael V. has been playing the role of Pepito for over 16 years now, and yet the show still feels fresh and relevant. Throughout, we are shown how the lottery-winning dad has managed to use his luck to ensure his family is given a good life. Over the years, audience members have grown alongside his family, seeing how Pepito always strives to do them right. He is shown to be supportive, caring, and sometimes, very much like Bitoy in real life, a loveable nerd who enjoys collecting action figures. His character is also known for his generous tendencies, always making sure his friends and colleagues are doing well.

Kevin Cosme
We will always remember Dolphy for his iconic roles, but none more so than his role as Kevin Cosme from “Home Along Da Riles.” As Kevin, Dolphy has shown us how he does everything to make ends meet for his wife and five children. His story is a familiar one for most Filipinos who have lived through similar scenarios. Dolphy’s impact has resonated so much with audiences that even now, many years after his passing, he is remembered for this iconic role. With the recent release of “Home Along Da Riles: Da Reunion,” it seems his legacy as a loving father to his family will carry on to future audiences.
