2 Ilocos police majors promoted

Two Police Regional Office-1 (Ilocos) majors were promoted to police lieutenants colonel during a ceremony led by PRO-1 chief Police Brig. Gen. Jovencio S. Badua Jr. in San Fernando City, La Union on Monday, June 15.

Promoted were Adriano C. Licudan Jr. and Julius R. Basallo.


They were promoted for their dedication, professionalism, integrity, and years of committed service to the Philippine National Police.

Badua is optimistic that they will continue to uphold the highest standards of police service and effectively carry out greater responsibilities in maintaining peace and order in the region.
