The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is currently experiencing a widespread outage affecting its mobile app, online banking platform, and e-commerce transactions.
The bank first acknowledged the disruption in an advisory published on June 14, 2026 at 8:50pm, confirming that BPI's online banking services, including the BPI app, use of BPI online credentials on third-party apps, and BPI Debit and Credit Card transactions for e-commerce, were unavailable.
As of the latest update on June 15, 2026 at 10am, BPI said its technical team continues to work on restoring full access to its digital services. The outage has now stretched close to two days, with some users on social media reporting they have been unable to log in since the evening of June 14.
What's Affected
According to BPI's official announcements, the following services remain unavailable:
BPI app (mobile banking)
BPI Online (web-based banking)
E-commerce transactions using BPI Debit and Credit Cards
Third-party app integrations using BPI online credentials
What Still Works
BPI assured customers that the following channels remain operational:
ATMs and Cash Accept Machines for cash withdrawals and deposits
BPI Debit and Credit Cards for in-store purchases at merchant terminals
Physical branches, which are open with personnel ready to assist customers

In its most recent update, BPI said: "Our team has been working to restore access to the BPI app and BPI online, as well as e-commerce transactions using BPI Debit and Credit Cards, as soon as possible." The bank added that it regrets the inconvenience and thanked customers for their understanding.
