Prince Carino towered over his opponents inside the paint, leading the charge with 21 points to go with seven rebounds while Joaquin Mikhail Tovera chipped in with 17 points, five rebounds, seven assists and three steals.
Patrick Pasinos had 13 points and six rebounds while Kyle Sardon and Ziv Espinas chipped in 11 and 10 respectively.
The 60-point win came after the rousing start for the Gilas which routed Vietnam with a 93-point win 121-28.
Gilas faces host Thailand next on Friday, June 12 at the same venue.
