Abacus Global Technovisions, Inc. will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at SotoGrande, 181 Katipunan Avenue, Project 4, Quezon City.

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 9, 2026, shall be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. Stockholders who wish to participate must send an email to [email protected] no later than June 30, 2026.

Stockholders who are unable to attend but wish to be represented may submit their duly accomplished proxy forms to the Office of the Corporate Secretary, 135 J.P. Rizal Street, Milagrosa, Quezon City 1109, no later than June 30, 2026. Validation of proxies will be conducted on July 6, 2026, at the same address.
