Chinese actress Zhang Yingfei, popularly known as Linda Walker from the viral micro-drama "The Heiress Who Won With Brains," took part in an education outreach program on Tuesday, June 9, benefiting around 500 senior high school students in Quezon City.
The activity, organized by the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc. (FFCCCII) in partnership with the Quezon City government, provided school supplies and hygiene kits to students of Quezon City High School.
Zhang was joined by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, FFCCCII President Victor Lim, and other federation officials during the distribution activity.
The outreach formed part of the federation’s “Education for a Better Future” campaign, which promotes learning opportunities, youth empowerment, and community development through educational assistance.
Organizers said Zhang’s participation highlighted the importance of education and helped promote goodwill between Filipino and Chinese communities.
The actress arrived in Manila on June 7 for a series of FFCCCII-organized activities that also included tourism and cultural engagements.

She also visited Manila City Hall on June 8 before proceeding to her Quezon City engagement.
Zhang is scheduled to meet Filipino fans during a public meet-and-greet at the Atrium of SM North EDSA in Quezon City on June 10 at 3 p.m.
Known for her role as Linda Walker in the hit vertical micro-drama, Zhang has built a strong following among Filipino viewers, making her visit one of the highlights of the federation’s outreach activities this year.
