QPPO feted as best provincial police office in Calabarzon

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – The Quezon Police Provincial Office (PPO) headed by Police Col. Romulo Albacea was awarded as Best Police Provincial Office in the Police Regional Office 4-A or Calabarzon region on Monday, June 8.

The award, conferred during a ceremony led by Police Brig. Gen. Hansel Marantan, PRO 4-A chief, in this camp, recognized the QPPO for being the Top Performing Police Provincial Office in the Unit Performance Evaluation for April 2026 with an 80.84 percent or very satisfactory rating.

Albacea said the recognition highlights the collective efforts of Quezon police personnel in implementing effective law enforcement strategies, strengthening community relations, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of quality police service throughout the province.

"Ang pagkilalang ito ay bunga ng sama-samang pagsisikap, dedikasyon, at malasakit ng bawat pulis ng Quezon PPO sa paglilingkod sa ating mga kababayan. Higit sa karangalan, nagsisilbi itong inspirasyon upang lalo pa naming pagbutihin ang aming trabaho at patuloy na maghatid ng tapat, mahusay, at makataong serbisyo sa mamamayan (This recognition is the result of the collective efforts, dedication, and concern of every police officer of Quezon PPO in serving our countrymen. More than an honor, it serves as an inspiration for us to further improve our work and continue to deliver honest, efficient, and humane services to the people)," said Albacea.
