We have postponed this year’s annual celebration due to the crisis the country is facing, and the funds allocated for it have been added to our office’s RIICE Program budget),” Duterte said.
The Vice President also expressed gratitude to Quezon City Fifth District Councilor Aiko Melendez and local officials from various barangays in the district for supporting the aid distribution effort conducted on June 4.
