Muntinlupa honors 10 outstanding students

The Muntinlupa City government recognized the winners of the Ten Muntinlupa Outstanding Students (10MOST) search for 2026.
Mayor Ruffy Biazon and Representative Jaime Fresnedi led the awarding ceremony held on June 4.
Now on its 33rd year, the 10MOST program celebrates exceptional students through a rigorous selection process that includes portfolio evaluation, IQ testing, talent and skills presentation, and a panel interview.
This year’s top honoree is Anne Van Tuin, a student of De La Salle Santiago Zobel School in Barangay Ayala Alabang.

“The DLSZ community proudly congratulates Anne Van Tuin (DLSZ 2028) for achieving Rank 1 in the Muntinlupa #10MOST2026! Her hard work, dedication, and passion for achieving this distinction reflect her commitment to excellence and service to others,” De La Salle Santiago Zobel School stated in its message of congratulations. 

Second place went to Lucas Marcelino Surla of PAREF Southridge School, followed by Andie Dayao of PAREF Woodrose School, Paul Jake Mica of Muntinlupa Science High School, and Troy Gabriel Villar of Tunasan National High School. 

Each awardee received P20,000 cash incentive from the city government, a medal and plaque from Biazon, additional cash prize and Medallion of Excellence from Fresnedi, a “sablay,” and a P30,000-per-semester college scholarship grant for any course and college of their choice. 

Biazon congratulated the 10 winners, saying, “May your stories inspire more young Muntinlupeños to pursue excellence not only in academics, but also in leadership, service, and character. The future is in good hands!”

Here are the winners of the  Ten Muntinlupa Outstanding Students (10MOST) 2026:

1st Place: Anne R. Van Tuin - De La Salle Santiago Zobel School

2nd Place: Lucas Marcelino A. Surla - PAREF Southridge School

3rd Place: Andie C. Dayao - PAREF Woodrose School

4th Place: Paul Jake K. Mica - Muntinlupa Science High School

5th Place: Troy Gabriel V. Villar - Tunasan National High School 

6th Place: Patricia Chariz C. Villena - South Mansfield College

7th Place: Jezreel Frishnan V. Ramat - Muntinlupa National High School

8th Place: Lexie Fiel L. Flores - Pedro E. Diaz High School

9th Place: Mabiel Angela A. Casador - Southernside Montessori School

10th Place: Pau Loenn A. Ordas - Lakeview Integrated School
