Commercial vehicle provider, Foton will be present at the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) 2026, which opens on Thursday, June 4 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. The truck maker will reinforce its position as a pioneering brand in full-electric commercial vehicles in the country with a display of its electric commercial vehicles and electric ecosystem.

Foton Coach EV
Taking center stage at the Foton exhibit is the official launch of the Foton Coach EV, a fully electric bus designed to meet the evolving needs of modern transportation operators.
The Coach EV is ideally suited for mass transportation services, private fleet operators, corporate shuttle services, and institutional and government transport requirements. Designed to deliver efficient, quiet, and environmentally responsible transportation, the Coach EV represents the next generation of passenger mobility solutions for the Philippine market. It comfortably seats 33 passengers, drives a distance of 350 kilometers with fast charging of under two hours.
The Foton Coach EV has a battery capacity of 200.54 kWh and delivers 284 horsepower. It is equipped with a GBT DC charging port for fast and convenient charging. It has an advanced battery cooling system that integrates the air conditioning to cool the underfloor-mounted battery, which has its own fire extinguishing system. It has a separate luggage bay and features electric steering for fatigue-free long distance driving, ABS for well-controlled stopping power even in emergency situations, and rolls on large 255/70R22.5 tires.
The Foton Coach EV boasts a 2-year/200,000-km vehicle warranty and an 8-year/400,000-km electric system warranty.
