Monde Nissin Corporation (MONDE) announced that its 2026 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) will be conducted virtually on June 26, 2026 (Friday), at 11:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time (PST) through the AGM@Convene online platform.

The meeting will be accessible via the company’s ASM portal at https://conveneagm.com/ph/MONDE2026ASM.

Stockholders of record as of May 29, 2026 will be entitled to receive notice of the meeting and, upon successful registration, may participate in and vote at the ASM.

To attend the meeting, eligible stockholders must register through the AGM@Convene portal. The registration period will open at 9:00 a.m. PST on June 3, 2026 and will close at 5:00 p.m. PST on June 17, 2026.
