By installing the multimedia pop-up, Arthavision, real estate developer Arthaland reimagines the customer journey by allowing prospective homeowners to experience the vision long before the Sondris tower rises on Arnaiz Avenue, Makati.
A first for Arthaland, Arthavision takes potential buyers to an immersive sensory experience showcasing the features of the 37-story Sondris, the premium residential development from the joint venture between Arthaland, through its subsidiary Zileya Land Development Corporation, and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), a publicly traded company and one of Japan's largest real estate firms.

Arthavision provides visitors with a preview as they explore the development in terms of scale and features, and what they can experience, defined as refined living.
For starters, the booth has a two-bedroom scale model upfront, displaying a sample layout, with notable features such as the in-room balcony and the added window in the utility room. The display also allows visitors to play with ideas on how they can transform the unit to their needs and liking. As an example, there’s the possibility of integrating a bigger dining or entertainment area. Or converting one of the rooms into a personal office or a walk-in closet.
The booth also features the unit customization being offered at Sondris. Available for all unit types, there are three distinct interior design themes to choose from: Timeless and Transitional with a warm, timeless interior that feels calm, welcoming, and refined; Modern and Industrial with a clean, contemporary, and city-inspired aesthetic; and Formal and Serene with depth, richness, and a sophisticated atmosphere.

With these options, each unit can be personalized from the floors to the walls and even to the cabinetry. Through a special partnership, future homeowners may choose home furnishings from the CWC Interiors brand portfolio, including Herman Miller, Vitra, Walter Knoll, Studio Italia, and Louis Poulsen, among others.
By stepping into the virtual reality (VR) technology display area, visitors can see and explore the Sondris units as though they were already built, offering a realistic perspective of movement and spatial flow within the development. Through the VR headset, the immersive experience provides a glimpse inside a two-bedroom or three-bedroom unit.
The area also details the development’s sustainability and wellness features that significantly reduce environmental impact while enhancing everyday comfort.

Finally, the LED floor room experience allows visitors to move beyond conventional mock-ups and feel the actual dimensions of a Sondris unit. The enclosed area gives visitors a sense of space and scale as they imagine their way into the different areas, such as the living, dining, and toilet and bathroom, projected as digital images.
Beyond its residences, Sondris offers an exclusive vantage point, commanding unobstructed views of San Lorenzo Village and the Makati skyline. From this setting, future homeowners can enjoy a daily panorama that captures both the quiet greenery of one of Makati’s most prestigious enclaves and the dynamic energy of its iconic cityscape.

Complementing these exceptional views is Sondris’ strategic location in Makati. The surrounding neighbourhood is rich in cultural and lifestyle destinations, including museums, art houses, shopping centres, dining hubs, and entertainment venues. As the Philippines’ unrivalled financial and business capital, Makati offers world-class offices, premier educational institutions, leading hospitals, parks, and integrated transport networks.
From Sondris, future homeowners are afforded immediate access to EDSA and the Skyway, which are seamlessly connected to key business and lifestyle districts across Metro Manila.
The Arthavision pop-up experience is available at Arya Plaza, Arya Residences, in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, until June 26, 2026.
