Phinma Properties targets ₱26-billion revenues from Bacolod residential complex

Phinma Properties expects to generate ₱26 billion in revenues from Maayo Terraces, its 11-tower medium-rise residential condominium project at Saludad Township in Bacolod City.

In partnership with JEPP Real Estate Co., Phinma Properties broke ground on Dahlia Tower, the first tower of Maayo Terraces. This follows the earlier groundbreaking of TRYP by Wyndham hotel, reflecting the continued rollout of key township components.

Maayo Terraces is being developed on a 34.6-hectare (ha) property within Phinma’s Saludad Township, with the 11 buildings offering a total of 2,922 residences consisting of studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom loft units priced from ₱5 million to ₱9 million each.

The project, which will have 60-percent open space and emphasize greenery, community areas, and a more balanced day-to-day environment, is targeted at young professionals, start-up families, and investors.

“What was once a vision on paper is steadily becoming a real and active address where homes, institutions, and opportunities are beginning to come together,” said Raphael B. Felix, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Phinma Properties and JEPP Property Corp.

The groundbreaking of Dahlia Tower marks the start of residential life taking shape within Saludad. As homes begin to rise, the township is establishing a stronger residential base that supports long-term activity.

For JEPP, this next phase also carries deeper meaning. Land shaped by generations of memories and responsibility now enters a new chapter, opening a better-planned community that welcomes more Bacolodnons and contributes to how the city will live and grow.

Dahlia Tower and the other 10 towers will feature amenities such as an atrium residents’ lounge and a roof deck garden lounge.

For the entire Maayo Terraces development, Phinma will build amenities in two phases, with the first phase consisting of outdoor facilities including a gazebo, adult and children’s swimming pools, a multipurpose court, a playground, landscaped gardens, and pocket gardens between buildings.

During the second phase, clubhouse amenities will be developed, including a residents’ lounge, function rooms, a fitness gym, a lap pool, a children’s play area, a pet park, and a serene garden.

Located along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road in Bacolod City, Maayo Terraces at Saludad offers direct access to schools, malls, and major roads. These include institutions such as Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod, The District North Point, and the Bacolod-Silay International Airport (BSIA).
