9th body from Angeles building recovered

ANGELES CITY – And then there were nine.
Rescue and retrieval teams recovered two more bodies from the site of the collapsed building here on Sunday afternoon, bringing the death toll to nine.
Authorities said that the victims, the eighth and ninth, were extricated at 2:51 p.m. and 3:43 p.m., hours after the seventh was found before 8 a.m. Sunday.
These individuals have yet to be identified pending verification and notification of next of kin.
Search, retrieval, and clearing operations continue at Ground Zero amid challenging conditions.
