17 hurt in Tarlac jeepney crash

SAN JOSE, Tarlac – Seventeen individuals were injured in a jeepney crash in Barangay Lubigan here on Sunday morning, May 31.
Initial investigation said the driver lost control of the jeepney and turned on its side in a curved road.
First responders conducted rescue operations and provided initial medical assistance to the victims. They said it was a self-accident.
Authorities have yet to release the identities of the victims.
Police are conducting follow-up investigation to determine the cause of the accident.
