Euro-Med Laboratories Phil., Inc. sets 2026 annual stockholders' meeting

EURO-MED LABORATORIES PHIL., INC. has announced that its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be held virtually on 17 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. through the company’s online meeting platform. Stockholders may access the meeting via EURO-MED Laboratories.

Shareholders on record as of the close of business on 18 May 2026 will be entitled to receive notice of, and vote at, the meeting, including any adjournment thereof.

All shareholders are encouraged to participate in the meeting. Those who are unable to attend may submit duly accomplished proxy forms on or before 10 June 2026 to the Office of the Corporate Secretary at the 3rd Floor, PPL Building, United Nations Avenue corner San Marcelino Street, Manila, or via email at [email protected]. Proxy forms may be downloaded from the company website, while validation of proxies is scheduled for 11 June 2026.
