Let's Celebrate Expo 2026 heads to Space at One Ayala this July
Inside the evolving world of love, travel, design, and immersive celebrations

Couples today may celebrate differently from generations before them, but one thing remains unchanged: the desire to create meaningful moments that reflect who they are. Weddings have evolved beyond tradition alone, become more personal, immersive, and experience-driven.
Even amid ongoing global challenges and economic uncertainties affecting industries worldwide, the celebrations sector continues to move forward with optimism and creativity. It is this evolving landscape that longtime weddings magazine editor and media practitioner Marbee Shing-Go understands deeply.

After more than two decades in the industry, Marbee has transformed her vision into Let’s Celebrate, a curated celebrations platform “where weddings, travel, design, hospitality, culture, and creative collaboration intersect.”
“I’m very happy to be in this industry at this time because there’s really so much to share and so much to introduce. Let’s Celebrate is really our platform, our love story, and our playground,” Marbee shared.
Ahead of the much-anticipated Let’s Celebrate Expo 2026, media guests, hospitality leaders, tourism representatives, and wedding creatives gathered for an intimate luncheon at Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez at The Westin Manila on May 15, 2026. The event ultimately offered a preview of what guests can expect from the upcoming expo happening on July 18 to 19 at Space at One Ayala in Makati City.
For Marbee, the move into larger experiential spaces marks a natural evolution from her years in publishing.
“We chose the Philippine market because Filipino travelers place great value on meaningful celebrations, family connections, and unforgettable experiences,” shared Marta Fernandez Martion, director of the Spain Tourism Board for Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
“I used to be a wedding magazine editor, and paper was my playground. Now, it’s space,” she said. “And with Space at One Ayala, it’s so big and we’re excited with what we can do.”
Leading this year’s global direction is the Spain Tourism Board, introduced during the luncheon as the platform’s official global destination partner. It is only fitting that the event happened while waiting in the warm interiors of Cantabria, offering guests the romance and richness of Spain through food and storytelling.
She noted the growing interest among Filipino couples in destination weddings and honeymoons across Europe, with Spain offering a compelling mix of history, gastronomy, culture, hospitality, and scenic venues. Beyond aesthetics, however, Spain also resonates emotionally with many Filipinos because of its cultural familiarity and shared heritage.
Marriott International Philippines was also announced as a partner of Let’s Celebrate, joining the platform for the first time and representing 14 properties nationwide. The partnership further highlights the increasingly close relationship between luxury hospitality and the Philippine celebrations industry.
Another anticipated highlight for the expo is a collaborative installation by celebration creatives Gideon Hermosa, Michael Ruiz, and Teddy Manuel—collectively known as GMT and regarded as among the defining names in weddings today.
“The future of weddings and destination celebrations is immersive storytelling through culture, design, and experience,” Teddy shared. “Celebrations are emotional by nature. They’re expressive. They hold joy, vulnerability, family, history, and personality all at once. As creatives, we give our all because these moments matter deeply to the people living them. That’s what makes weddings beautiful—because they allow people to express love and meaning in a way that feels true to them.”
Joining the roster are some of the country’s most influential names in wedding storytelling, including Jason Magbanua, Mayad Studios, ProudRad, Niceprint, Metrophoto, and Sherard Yu of Wishing Well. Also participating are host Kevin Lapel, alongside Tastemakers by Odie Pineda and Charlyn Joaquin.
As the expo draws near, Marbee invites guests to experience what Let’s Celebrate truly stands for: not just as an expo or bridal fair, but as a fully immersive encounter.
“When you listen to what we have to say today, it’s not just words,” she said. “You’ll see it, you’ll feel it. It’s multisensory and we’d like to welcome you and let’s all celebrate!”
