People travel to provinces or even abroad to experience resort-style living and find time to relax, but what if that same atmosphere was just a short walk from home? In Maple Grove, Megaworld Corporation’s township in General Trias, Cavite, a wellness-focused residential community brings resort-inspired living into everyday life through open spaces, greenery, and a more relaxed environment.
Megaworld Corporation recently gave the media a first look at the clubhouse of Maple Grove Park Village, the company’s first upscale residential village within the 140-hectare Maple Grove township. Designed by global architecture firm Wimberly, Allison, Tong, and Goo (WATG), known for luxury resort developments such as Shangri-La Boracay and Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, the clubhouse follows a contemporary tropical design with open spaces, natural ventilation, and seamless indoor-outdoor areas. The property features a wellness pool with a jacuzzi, a kiddie pool, landscaped gardens, fitness and recovery facilities, and dedicated spaces for gatherings, family activities, and relaxation, including an al fresco lounge area.

Eugene Lozano, head of sales and marketing of Megaworld Cavite, emphasized how the development builds on the company’s legacy. “Megaworld has always been at the forefront of building masterplanned townships, from McKinley Hill to Alabang West and beyond. With Maple Grove Park Village, we are opening a rare opportunity for investors and homeowners who may have missed out on these iconic developments to finally own a residential lot within a fully integrated township, this time in Cavite.”
Spanning 22.2 hectares, Maple Grove Park Village is envisioned as a resort-inspired residential community designed for residents seeking a quieter and more wellness-oriented lifestyle. The village will have 377 residential lots ranging from 280 to 518 square meters, surrounded by pocket gardens and outdoor amenities designed for recreation and relaxation. These include chromatherapy-inspired color gardens, aromatherapy gardens with yoga and meditation spaces, gardens with herb plots and picnic areas, and fitness zones with basketball courts, outdoor exercise equipment, and open activity spaces.

Lozano said the development was planned to combine nature, wellness, and contemporary tropical design into everyday living. “Maple Grove Park Village is masterplanned to integrate nature, wellness, and contemporary tropical design, with features and amenities that support a more relaxed and well-rounded lifestyle,” he said.
Nearly 40 percent of the village is allotted to green and open spaces, alongside modern features such as underground utility lines with fiber-optic provisions. Located within Maple Grove, Cavite’s emerging central business district, the township integrates residential, office, and commercial spaces in a walkable setting with parks, bike lanes, and landscaped roads. It is also accessible through major road networks linking Cavite to Metro Manila and nearby growth areas.
As demand grows for homes that offer both convenience and breathing space, Maple Grove Park Village positions itself as a community where residents can experience the feel of a private resort without having to leave the city.
